Comisia Europeană aprobă preluarea eMAG de către Naspers

The European Commission has approved Naspers Limited's acquisition of exclusive control over Dante International S.A. (eMAG) in Romania, stating it poses no competition issues. Iulian Stanciu has completely exited eMAG's shareholder structure after selling his 11.77% stake to Prosus, which already owned 80%. Naspers has increased its stake to 88.23%, becoming the sole shareholder of Dante International.
