Comisia Europeană a aprobat planul României pentru deblocarea exporturilor de oi și capre

The European Commission has approved Romania's plan to resume sheep and goat exports, crucial for the country's trade. The plan includes differentiated vaccination based on epidemiological risk, with Romania receiving 1.3 million vaccine doses for free. However, exports won't restart immediately as further procedures are required. Special vaccination regimes will be applied in Tulcea and Constanța, while the rest of Romania will focus on vaccinating against goat and sheep pox. Romania has secured agreements for exports with six countries and is negotiating with seven more. Stricter controls will be implemented to prevent illegal animal trade during this transition period.
