Comisia amendează AliExpress cu 550 de milioane de euro pentru încălcarea regulamentului ce privește serviciile digitale
The European Commission has fined AliExpress €550 million for failing to comply with the Digital Services Act by not adequately assessing and mitigating risks related to illegal and unsafe products on its platform. AliExpress was found to have insufficient staff to monitor products, overestimated its detection system's effectiveness, and inadequately evaluated how its recommendation systems spread illegal products. The company must submit an action plan by October 20, 2026, to address these violations. Failure to comply may result in further penalties.
