Comisarul pentru migrație al UE, „solidaritate deplină” cu Spania după criza migranților din Ceuta
EU Migration Commissioner Magnus Brunner stated that an emergency meeting aimed to ease tensions with Spain over migration policies. The EU expressed full solidarity with Spain amid the migrant crisis in Ceuta, where 70,000 migrants entered in 24 hours. The meeting focused on preventing future crises and included discussions on combating human trafficking and strengthening EU borders. Spain's Interior Minister welcomed the discussions, highlighting recognition of Spain's efforts against illegal immigration. However, some EU countries are tightening asylum access and border controls in response to the crisis.
