Kos emphasized the importance of reforms for financial support from the EU, stating that funds are contingent on successful implementation. She also addressed the need for candidate countries to adhere to principles of reconciliation and accountability, particularly in relation to Serbia. The EU's negotiation process has gained momentum, with Moldova opening new negotiation clusters and making strides in judicial reforms.
