Comisarii de la Protecția Consumatorilor au dat amenzi de peste un milion de lei pe litoral

The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) imposed 206 fines totaling over one million lei during inspections on the Romanian coast. These checks aimed to ensure consumer rights and safety. In addition to the fines, 161 warnings were issued, and products worth over 48,000 lei were removed from sale. Some businesses had their services suspended until issues were resolved, with violations including unauthorized service spaces and inadequate maintenance of recreational facilities. Food establishments were found to have improper food storage and hygiene issues. Dangerous toys and lack of allergen information were also noted.
