Cometex investește peste 9 milioane de euro în Pantelimon Retail Park

Cometex has opened Pantelimon Retail Park in Ilfov, marking its first retail park in the area with an investment of over 9 million euros. The park spans 5,800 square meters and features a variety of tenants including Altex and BIPA. The opening took place on October 7, with public access starting the next day. The project emphasizes sustainability, incorporating solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations. Cometex aims to meet the growing demand for retail services in the expanding residential areas around Bucharest, continuing its national expansion strategy.
