Columbia: Un lider de gherilă, implicat în asasinarea senatorului Uribe, a fost ucis de forțele de ordine

Colombian President Abelardo De La Espriella announced the death of a leader from a faction of the Revolutionary Armed Forces, accused of financing the assassination of Senator Uribe. The operation took place in Huila, where Robinson Gutiérrez, the faction's political and financial leader, was killed. Uribe, a prominent senator and presidential candidate, was shot in June 2025 and died two months later. Authorities identified Ivan Marquez and his associate as key suspects in the assassination, believed to have fled to Venezuela. Nine arrests have been made in connection with the case, including the minor who shot Uribe.
