Praxis, a digital nation based in New York, has signed an agreement to build a physical city called +Colonia in Uruguay, aimed at creating a post-AI society. The project, led by entrepreneur Eduardo Bastitta, has begun construction in Colonia del Sacramento. Praxis founders, who previously considered other locations, believe they have found the ideal site for their vision of a new cultural revival.
