Colliers: Piața românească de investiții imobiliare, în scădere cu 100 de milioane de euro în primul semestru

The Romanian real estate investment market saw transactions of approximately 300 million euros in the first half of 2026, down from 400 million euros the previous year. Despite this decline, regional investments reached 5.8 billion euros, a 7% increase compared to last year. The report indicates a selective recovery, with investors focusing on properties that provide stable income and long-term value creation. Romania's share of total investments in the region remains low at 5.4%, highlighting potential for growth. The outlook for the second half of the year is cautiously optimistic, with risks including high interest rates and geopolitical tensions.
