The restoration of the princely Dacian helmet from Coțofenești is nearing completion, with innovative methods applied. A presentation event was held at the National Museum of Romanian History, where Culture Minister Ioana Ciocan announced an exhibition coinciding with National Culture Day. The helmet, which suffered significant deformation, is now close to its original shape, thanks to the efforts of restorer Alexandru Doja. The restoration process has been documented online, allowing public access to its progress. The helmet was previously stolen in the Netherlands but has since been recovered, although one bracelet remains missing.
