Code yellow warning for strong winds in Dobrogea; rainfall in several regions

The National Meteorological Administration has issued a yellow warning for strong winds in Dobrogea, with speeds reaching 50-70 km/h. Rainfall and mixed precipitation are also expected in higher altitudes. Gusts of 45-55 km/h will affect southern Moldavia and eastern Muntenia, while Banat and Crisana may see gusts of 35-45 km/h. Rainfall of 10-20 litres per square metre is anticipated in Oltenia and Dobrogea, with sleet and snow at higher altitudes. Meteorologists note that temperatures will be below average for this season.
