Code Yellow for strong winds in 24 counties on Monday; cold weather advisory until Thursday morning

The National Meteorological Administration has issued a Yellow Code warning for strong winds and a drop in temperatures across Romania. Winds will reach speeds of 50-90 km/h in various regions, with significant temperature decreases expected. Rain and thunderstorms are forecasted, with possible hail in some areas. Snow and sleet may occur in mountainous regions above 1,700 meters.
