He noted that Romania has a higher rate of business closures compared to new registrations, with 110,000-111,000 firms shutting down against 96,000 new ones this year. Jianu advocated for a national program to support entrepreneurs in producing their own energy, highlighting the potential of the Modernization Fund. He also called for long-term fiscal stability to foster a better business environment, as many entrepreneurs seek predictability rather than just tax reductions.
