The National Meteorological Administration has issued a yellow alert for significant cooling and wind intensification from September 21 to 24. Wind speeds will reach 45-55 km/h, with higher speeds in mountainous areas. Temperatures will drop by 8-12 degrees, with maximums between 14 and 21 degrees and minimums from 2 to 11 degrees. Rainfall is expected, with possible thunderstorms, and snow at higher altitudes. Bucharest will remain warm, with temperatures around 28-30 degrees during the day and 11 degrees at night. Wind intensification is also forecasted in various regions, especially in Oltenia and the Carpathians.
