The National Meteorological Administration issued a yellow wind warning for southern Moldova, eastern Muntenia, and Dobrogea. Wind speeds are expected to reach 50-70 km/h in affected counties. The warning is valid until Friday, October 16, with mixed precipitation forecasted at higher altitudes. Temporary wind intensifications will occur in Dobrogea and southern Moldova, with gusts of 45-55 km/h. In mountainous areas, gusts may reach 60-80 km/h, and snow accumulation of 5-15 cm is expected above 1500 m. The weather will remain cold during this period.
