Romania will experience strong winds, decreasing temperatures, and rain from Monday to Thursday, affecting several counties under a yellow warning. The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued a yellow alert for wind intensification, valid from noon to 9 PM on September 21, covering 13 counties including Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara, and Sibiu. Wind speeds are expected to reach 50-70 km/h, with higher altitudes experiencing gusts of 80-90 km/h. Additionally, a significant temperature drop of 8-12 degrees is forecasted, with maximum temperatures between 14 and 21 degrees and minimums dropping to 2-11 degrees. Rainfall, thunderstorms, and possible snow at high altitudes are also anticipated during this period.
