A sudden weather change is forecasted for the evening, bringing strong winds, heavy rain, and a significant drop in temperatures by Tuesday. The heat warning is in effect from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on August 17, affecting several regions, including Banat and Transylvania. Following the heatwave, temperatures will decrease by 8-10 degrees, with maximums ranging from 19 to 28 degrees Celsius.
