CNAS propune modificarea Contractului-cadru: Acces mai larg la servicii medicale, mai puţină birocraţie, mai multă flexibilitate

The National Health Insurance House (CNAS) has proposed new regulations to enhance access to medical services and reduce bureaucracy. Key changes include allowing family doctors to bill for additional consultations, updating chronic disease management protocols, and reducing operational hours for specialty clinics. Patients with stabilized chronic conditions will receive longer prescriptions, and the transition to biosimilar medications will be expedited. The reforms aim to improve service delivery, ensure free access to national health programs, and streamline administrative processes through electronic documentation. Additionally, a new application for patient scheduling will be introduced by October 2026.
