CNAIR: Trei contestații admise pentru tronsonul Târgu Frumos–Lețcani (A8), atribuirea contractului se amână până în toamnă

The National Council for Contestation Solutions partially accepted three complaints regarding the contract for the Târgu Frumos-Lețcani section of the A8 Highway. The reevaluation process is expected to conclude by the end of September, allowing for contract awarding. The evaluation committee will implement the measures mandated by the CNSC, and the entire reevaluation will be under the oversight of the National Agency for Public Procurement. In April, a contractor was appointed for another section of the A8 Highway, with a winning bid of 4.57 billion lei.
