CNAIR introduce marcajul rutier roșu la intrările în localități

CNAIR has established ten red-marked zones at the entrances and exits of five localities in western Romania to enhance driver awareness and reduce speed. The project, funded by PNRR, was executed in Timișoara's regional jurisdiction, covering national roads in Arad, Hunedoara, and Caraș-Severin counties. The red markings signal drivers to slow down, complemented by electronic displays showing vehicle speed. If the speed is within limits, the display is green; if exceeded, it turns red. This initiative is part of a national project aimed at improving road safety and will expand to other areas.
