Users, especially those with Gmail and Yahoo accounts, experienced delays in receiving necessary confirmations. Despite these issues, previously purchased road taxes remain valid. CNAIR is working to enhance email delivery and resolve payment processing problems, assuring users they will not face fines during the technical difficulties.
