CNAIR has requested an extension until April 1, 2027, for the implementation of the TollRo system and road tax, as the system is still in the pilot phase. The transport of goods will face a legal gap starting October 1 without parliamentary action. Despite a formal request made on September 7, no response has been received from the Ministry of Transport. The pilot phase of the TollRo application has begun, allowing real traffic testing. CNAIR emphasizes that maintaining the October 1 deadline without legal adjustments could lead to penalties for transporters without a payment system in place. They urge Parliament to act swiftly to resolve the situation.
