CNAIR has announced improvements to the TollRo platform, addressing issues with card payments, system capacity, and email confirmations. Following the launch of the Electronic Road Tariff System on October 1, 2026, technical teams worked to resolve various malfunctions. The platform experienced high traffic, with around 4 million visitors and significant ticket sales. While some issues remain, including communication with external systems and payment reconciliation, users are advised to create accounts and purchase tickets in advance. No penalties will be imposed for users affected by technical problems during this period, and further updates will be provided as the system stabilizes.
