However, sporadic technical incidents may still occur, and drivers will not be penalized if they attempted to pay but were unable to due to these issues. Users are advised to access the platform before traveling to purchase road tolls. Payments can be made through various official channels, and users who made bank transfers in error can request refunds. Validity of previously purchased road tolls remains intact for certain vehicles, while others will cease to be valid after October 1, 2026.
