CNAIR has announced that the major technical issues with the TollRo platform have been resolved, allowing it to operate normally again. However, sporadic technical errors may still occur, and drivers will not be penalized if they attempt to pay but cannot due to these issues. Users must access the platform to purchase their road tax before traveling, and the system will track failed attempts due to technical problems. The exemption from fines applies whenever the electronic toll system malfunctions, not just during the initial launch period. TollRo payments can be made in advance or through a mobile app, but not via bank transfer.
