After discussions with CNAIR and the Ilfov County Council, compromises were reached to minimize traffic disruption. The construction will occur from 10:00 to 16:00, with one lane closed and traffic managed by traffic lights. Outside these hours, both lanes will be open. Ene emphasized the need for alternative routes for residents and criticized the initial lack of communication from the contractor, Alarko, regarding the project.
