The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) has requested TikTok to remove 90 videos related to the so-called 'Black Ambulance' due to misinformation that led to an attack on a medical crew in Cluj County. The CNA's monitoring report identified these videos across various TikTok accounts, including 57 self-reported links and 33 additional audiovisual links. The council emphasized the need for objective information in media, as mandated by law, and also reviewed a Facebook post that violated audiovisual regulations.
