CNA: reguli noi pentru creatorii cu peste 100.000 de urmăritori

The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) is implementing a notification procedure for content creators on platforms like YouTube and TikTok, effective September 27, 2026. Creators must meet specific criteria, including having at least 100,000 followers and producing a minimum of 24 audiovisual materials in the past year. The procedure is not a licensing process but requires creators to submit a notification form and relevant documents to the CNA. Registered creators must display a contact email and inform the CNA of any data changes. Those already meeting the criteria will have 60 days to notify the CNA after the decision takes effect.
