A 37-year-old man from Turda was arrested for theft after stealing two mobile phones from a 73-year-old Polish cyclist. The incident occurred on July 23 when the cyclist stopped to rest. The police quickly identified the suspect and recovered the stolen items, returning them to the victim. The man was placed in preventive detention for 30 days by the court.
