Clifford Chance Badea has assisted Cris-Tim Family Holding in acquiring Via Trend Ready Meals SRL and Snack4U Concept SRL from Oresa Ventures. This acquisition aims to strengthen Cris-Tim's position in the Romanian food sector. The deal, signed on October 2, 2023, will give Cris-Tim full ownership of both companies, enhancing its competitive edge in the ready meals market.
