Clifford Chance Badea a asistat Aukera la finanțarea IFC de 48,5 milioane euro

Clifford Chance Badea has assisted Aukera Energy in securing €48.5 million financing for the second phase of its battery energy storage project in Gura Ialomiței. The funding includes €40 million for capital investment and €8.5 million for VAT. This financing will support the construction of an additional 100 MW / 200 MWh capacity, completing the 250 MW / 500 MWh flagship project, expected to be operational by early 2027. This will be Romania's first autonomous BESS system and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe.
