Claudiu Târziu: A conservative revolution is needed, a refounding of the Romanian state

Claudiu Târziu, chairman of the Conservative Action Party, advocates for a "conservative revolution" in Romania, emphasizing the need for a return to normality and a refounding of the state. He believes that conservative forces must unite to change the country's trajectory and prepare for the 2028 elections. Târziu argues that Romania is currently dysfunctional and requires a radical shift in public policy, alongside a restructuring of its institutions. He stresses the importance of a political agreement to ensure continuity in strategic projects and outlines four pillars for a developed state: visionary, meritocratic, investor, and protective. The recent name change of the Humanist Power Party to the Conservative Liberal Humanist Party reflects this new direction.
