Clasa I cu predare în limba română din satul Cartal se reînființează după intervenția diplomatică a României

This follows diplomatic efforts by Romania's consul in Odesa, Claudiu Tătaru. Initially, the class was dissolved shortly after the school year began, leading to threats against parents. The reopening was approved by local authorities and is seen as a diplomatic success. The Romanian consul and local officials attended a meeting with community representatives to discuss the emotional significance of this decision. The agreement allows for continued Romanian language education until a long-term solution is found by both Romanian and Ukrainian authorities.
