Concelex will undertake the consolidation and modernization of the building housing the "Lucia Sturdza Bulandra" Theatre in Bucharest, with a contract value of 98.6 million lei. The project aims to enhance seismic safety while preserving the building's architectural and cultural significance. Funding will primarily come from the National Program for the Consolidation of High Seismic Risk Buildings, managed by the Bucharest Municipality. The intervention includes structural reinforcement, energy-efficient upgrades, and partial demolitions, ensuring the building meets modern safety and energy standards.
