The Alba County Council plans to allocate over 156 million lei from its budget surplus for various development projects in 2026. This funding will support road and bridge modernization, healthcare facilities, social centers, cultural and tourist objectives, recreational areas, renewable energy projects, and public institution upgrades. The detailed list of projects will be presented for approval in the upcoming council meeting on October 22. The total budget surplus amounts to nearly 169 million lei, with a significant portion earmarked for development. Other allocations include temporary funding for cash flow gaps and various infrastructure improvements.
