„Ciuma portocalie” din Parlamentul European. Trump, gol într-o statuie uriașă expusă la Strasbourg
A satirical statue of Donald Trump, titled "The Orange Plague," has been displayed at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Created by Danish artist Jens Galschiot, the 2.5-meter tall sculpture depicts Trump naked, holding a golden bat, while standing on the shoulders of a smaller man. The artist claims the statue is covered in 23-carat gold and criticizes Trump for hindering climate change efforts. The statue will be on display until Thursday, with explanatory cards highlighting its message. Danish MEP Per Clausen, who invited the artist, expressed no concern over potential reactions from Trump, stating that sensitivity to such art is not suitable for global leaders. The statue has previously been shown in other European cities and at the COP30 climate conference in Brazil.
