The mayor of Bucharest, Ciprian Ciucu, announced the start of tram rail installation under the Constanța Bridge, aiming for completion in three weeks. The project includes a 6.7 km section and aims to improve traffic flow by allowing two lanes in each direction by the start of the school year. The area is prioritized due to high traffic, with ongoing work at night and on weekends to expedite progress. Additional tram rail installation has also begun on Bd. 1 Decembrie, part of the first project lot.
