Rail traffic between Giurgiu Nord and Ruse has resumed after a technical issue with the international train IRN 461 was resolved. The train had previously stopped on the Giurgiu-Ruse bridge due to a locomotive problem. It departed from Giurgiu Nord at 13:27 and was halted after crossing the border into Bulgaria.
