Circa 200 de susținători ai pro-rusului Călin Georgescu protestează luni seara în fața Arestului Central

Around 200 people protested outside the Central Arrest on Monday evening against the preventive arrest of pro-Russian Călin Georgescu. They displayed a banner reading "Free C.G." and chanted in support of him. This marks a week of protests, with numbers swelling to 1,000 on Saturday and 2,000 on Sunday. Georgescu was arrested following a court decision related to a fraud case involving a €1.1 million loss, where he allegedly deceived a businessman by promising to guarantee a €6 million loan. He has been in custody since last Tuesday.
