Ciprian Ciucu: STB este în "faliment nedeclarat"

He identified three main causes: unpaid employee contributions, political interference, and poor management practices. Ciucu emphasized that STB has been in a state of 'undeclared bankruptcy' for years and proposed insolvency as the only viable solution to restore the public transport system. He called for an urgent meeting of STB's shareholders to discuss this matter.
