He emphasized that this step is crucial to prevent the company's bankruptcy and to manage significant penalties. Ciucu pointed out that the main creditor is ANAF, with debts exceeding 400 billion lei. He believes that insolvency could lead to a significant reduction of these debts if a reorganization plan is approved by the court.
