Mayor Ciprian Ciucu emphasizes the need to rethink circulation and recover areas near the water for public use. Initial steps include revitalizing projects from the Integrated Urban Development Plan and launching a pilot project in the Regie area. Additionally, the Opera Bridge will undergo rehabilitation due to its unsatisfactory condition, with an estimated 24-month timeline for completion. This bridge is crucial for connecting central Bucharest with western neighborhoods and the A1 motorway.
