The mayor of Bucharest, Ciprian Ciucu, announced an investigation into Termoenergetica due to reports of improper operations causing pipe damage. He emphasized that the issue stems from poor management rather than sabotage. Ciucu explained that introducing hot and cold water simultaneously into the same pipe can lead to explosions due to temperature differences. He plans to send the Control Corps to address these concerns.
