He stated that a nearby parking facility is necessary to revitalize the Old Town's economy during the day, not just at night. Ciucu noted that half of the Old Town is currently inactive and proposed limited access for vehicles to facilitate parking without restoring full traffic. He reassured that the city will not allow traffic back into the Old Town, regardless of parking developments.
