Ciolacu believes that if Mureșan's cabinet is rejected, Grindeanu should be the first to negotiate with Nicușor Dan. He warns that prolonged political instability could hinder Romania's negotiations at the European level, stressing the need for a legitimate government to represent the country in important discussions.
