The National Company Bucharest Airports has selected contractors for a new parking facility at Otopeni Airport, which will feature nearly 800 parking spaces. The contract was awarded to the Băiculescu Construct – Hidrotop Top Construct association for 55.99 million lei. The project includes a 'Long Term' parking area with 795 spaces, located near the Henri Coandă Airport train station, providing direct access to DN1. Construction is expected to take 24 months, as part of the airport's modernization program.
