Cine participă la ședința de criză convocată de Ministerul Energiei

Over 100 representatives of major industrial consumers are participating in an online meeting convened by the Ministry of Energy to discuss energy crisis measures. The discussions focus on voluntary and potentially mandatory energy consumption reductions. The meeting, led by Secretary of State Cristian Bușoi, includes major industry players such as ROMCIM, ALRO, and OMV Petrom. This session follows the announcement of consultations with large electricity consumers due to the national energy crisis, triggered by the shutdown of a reactor at the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant and reduced hydro production. The National Committee for Emergency Situations declared a state of energy alert on July 31.
