Cine este Ștefan Ovidiu Popa, propunerea PSD pentru funcția de Ministru al Transporturilor

The Social Democratic Party has officially nominated Ștefan Ovidiu Popa for the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure in the new hybrid Cabinet led by Luca Niculescu. This unanimous decision was made during a central party meeting. Popa, born in 1985, has a background in economics and law, and has served as a deputy since 2016. His political career began locally in Vâlcea, where he was a county councilor. Despite facing public controversies regarding financial benefits from the state, he retains strong support within the PSD. His upcoming role involves managing significant infrastructure projects and modernizing the national railway network.
