In 2025, two parking spaces owned by Nordis Management were sold for €100,000 plus VAT, despite being valued at only €40,000. The buyer, CFG Prime United Properties, controlled by Francesco-Gabriel Cheianu, was the sole bidder at the auction. The transaction raised questions due to the significant price difference and the fact that CFG had previously been based in the same building. Cheianu's company has seen rapid growth, with assets increasing from €250,000 in 2023 to approximately €10.7 million in 2025. Cheianu has also been linked to luxury cars and a past legal case involving false driving licenses.
